My name is Elena. I am from St. Petersburg, Russia. I am 37
years old (I was born on May 13th 1963), 169 cm tall and my weight
is 57 kg. I have a higher education - I finished a teacher’s training
institute.
I was born in
Siberia, which is known for its enormous size and marvelous nature.
No wonder people who live there are so hospitable and kindhearted.
I traveled a lot when I was younger throughout Russia and always dreamed
of living in St. Petersburg. Eventually my dreams came true.
I have so many
interests, that it is easier to say I like most things. Certainly
I am always ready to try something new to see if I like it. Among
my interests are: sports (I used to go in for sports a lot when I
was younger, now I keep fit because I like to be in good shape), theater
(ballet and drama), movies, art, design.
Another hobby
of mine is languages, no wonder it became my profession. I speak English,
some German, I tried to learn French but I did not have a chance to
master it. It’s not much of a problem for me to learn a couple of
some other languages.
I also enjoy meeting
people, going out for a dinner to some bar or cafe with my friends.
Though I am not a loner, I also love staying at home sometimes at
evenings watching movies, reading books, cooking some gourmet dishes.
I love St. Petersburg, it is a magnificent city, and I do enjoy walking
along its canals, rivers, narrow straight streets admiring it’s perfect
beauty. Do I sound romantic? I am, as a matter of fact. Though I am
thought to be rational and practical.
About the personal
side of my character: my friends say that I am considerate, easygoing,
kindhearted, with a good sense of humor and I won’t deny it. In general,
I am trying to be positive about everything that is going on, no matter
how things might appear. My personal motto is: take people as they
are without trying to change them, if you can’t help it, just quit.
What I value in
man is his intellect, optimism, sense of humor, generosity, charm.
He’s got to have his own style. I am looking for a family-oriented
man that I could respect and trust, that I could feel"at home"
with. He must love children.
